When should I ship out the order?

You need to dispatch every order within 48 hours from the time that you receive it in Seller Center. Within this timeframe you will have to pack, arrange item for shipment with 3PL and update the order to “Ready to Ship” with a valid tracking number from the 3PL. Lazada may cancel an order if tracking number is not traceable on the respective tracking site after 48 hours.
