How do I know if my product did not pass Quality Control?

1. Go to "Manage Products", to view the current status of your product. If it didn't pass QC, it will fall in the "Poor Quality" tab.

2. Click on the product to check the reason of rejection.

3. Click on "Pencil" icon to edit the product and amend and correct the information required.
