Where can I find the adjustment for mischarged items?

Please download the sales report in Seller Center by clicking “Report” and choose “Account Statements”. On the “Date Range” tab, please choose the sales report based on the period that you want to view.

Please find the adjustment details under “others”, and it will be categorized as “Shipping Fee Credit” or “Other Fee”.
