I can't login to my New Seller Center account

Lazada Support Center

Due to migration some sellers might still land on the old Seller Center page.
Please follow this steps to login to your new Enhanced Seller Center account:

Make sure you go to the below link


Malaysia: https://sellercenter.lazada.com.my

Philippines: https://sellercenter.lazada.com.ph

Singapore: https://sellercenter.lazada.sg

Thailand: https://sellercenter.lazada.co.th

Vietnam: https://sellercenter.lazada.vn 

Step 1: Click on "Forgot Password"

Step 2: Type your email address and click on "Send New Password"


Step 3: A recovery link will be sent to you. Check your e-mail inbox/spam,
click on the mail subject "Seller Center: Reset Password" and click on the notification link.

Step 4: It will lead you to this page, change your password and click "Save Changes"

Step 6: This is how your new Seller Center page should look like once you login.
